As a service to our patients, Walton Orthodontics will provide an estimate of orthodontic costs prior to the beginning of treatment. All co-payments or additional out-of-pocket costs will be the responsibility of the patient. Our knowledgeable staff will then submit all insurance claims directly to the patient’s insurance carrier. The insurance carrier will then determine the benefit reimbursement and any remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient.
